Today is Tony's 24th birthday! When I think about it, it seems crazy that we met when we were both 19... how time flies! I tried to make him a fancy cake but it didn't really work out. He is still appreciative and he doesn't want me to be frustrated or anything. I tried to let it go, but that is easier said than done for me. I offered to take him shopping for his birthday to get new clothes and he declined. However, I am the boss, and we will go shopping! We are both in need of up-to-date clothes. Last weekend, we went to Mesquite to visit his family and we had a blast. We left on a Saturday after getting our oil changed and transmission washed (or whatever it is called. I'm no car expert). Sadly, we had to return the following Monday, which was actually President's day, because we both have to work and Tony had school to get back to. I can't wait for the day that he is done!!! I have quit the bank... kinda. I am actually an on call teller for AmericanWest bank and I travel throughout Utah county to cover for those that can't work. I have no permanent position there anymore. February and March are packed with shifts that I have taken on but I don't know how long that will go for, so I will enjoy it while I can. My salon business continues to grow and that keeps me extremely busy. Between these two jobs alone, my house often gets neglected but I still try and take care of the hubby. He is great to help me out by keeping these organized and doing the dishes. Plus, he has all kinds of homework! All in all, we are both crazy busy and still crazy in love:) I will be heading to Chicago with Gerda Spillmann this weekend and I will be a vendor at a hair show. I get to teach people how great their skin care and makeup is! I will miss my hubby though.

I am currently working with some photographers to build my business! Yay! We will be choosing some models then I will do their hair and makeup to fit a certain theme and then the photographers do their thing! I am taking voice lessons from Julie Webb (a very talented voice coach) and I love it! However, I am sad to say that she will be moving to California to be with her Prince Charming. It has been a great experience and I am learning a lot!
Tony changed his major to Information Systems and hopes to be accepted into their program come fall. He is working harder than ever to get the grades necessary to succeed. If he is accepted, he will have just three more years until he is completely done... with a Masters degree! He would like to live in Mesquite (where he is from) when he gets done. I wouldn't mind the warm weather and his wonderful family, but I don't know how successful a hair career can be down there. First and foremost, I wanna be a mother some day but I would love to stay up to date with styles and hair. We will see what happens.
Tony is attending school at BYU in Provo, majoring (hopefully) in their new IT program. He has always been so good with computers, and I think this is a great thing for us! Technology seems to be growing more and more everyday and it doesn't look like it will slow down, even if the economy does! He is also working a part time job on campus... that's right, I make him work hard! He enjoys his job and has been there since May 2011.
As of now, we have no plans for babies! Mostly because I'm scared to death of the whole thing :)
